Sonia M. Harps Executive Director and Founder of Knowledge Delivered, Inc. received a Bachelor’s in Community Education, with a focus on urban education from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.  She has over nine years of health care and professional administrative experience.  She is currently devoting her time and commitment to the organization and works as a co-trainer for Foster Parents.  In the past she has worked as a Crisis Prevention Interventionalist, providing one-on-one counseling to children with behavioral problems.  She has also worked as a Supervised Visitation Worker for Professional Services Group (PSG) where she supervised visits between parents and their children who were in the foster care system.  She, herself has provided a home to many foster children over the years.  Sonia also holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.  She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a focus on learning and development through UWM's school of Education.
